Exploring a Rights-based approach across the Scottish curriculum, including the implications for teachers of the new Incorporation Bill .

These online sessions are for all who work in Scottish Education, particularly practitioners across all establishments.

The sessions will:

- familiarise you with the UNCRC and where it sits in Scottish Education
- explore the new Incorporation Bill and the implications for teachers and schools
- explore some of the complex debates which exist around children’s Rights
- examine ways to support learning through rights within both classroom learning and whole school initiatives
- demonstrate connections to the Sustainable Development Goals
- support you to build a sense of agency and active citizenship with your learners with regard to Rights.
