Food on Film - A Bug's Life

The One World Centre is one of a number of organisations from across Scotland  chosen to deliver an event focusing on food sustainability and based around a film screening.  Food on Film is facilitated by Keep Scotland Beautiful ( http://www.keepscotlandbeautiful.org/sustainable-development-education/food-and-the-environment/food-on-film/   and offers an interesting and enjoyable opportunity for primary school pupils from P6 and P7 to explore the importance of their role as global citizens.  Our screening takes place on Thursday 31st March between 9.30am and 12.30pm at The Steps Theatre, Wellgate, Dundee.

The  screening is of the film "A Bug's Life" and members from St Johns RC High School Fairtrade Group will be in attendance to deliver a presentation and activity to the younger pupils  linked to food justice and the Sustainable Development Goals (http://www.keepscotlandbeautiful.org/sustainable-development-education/eco-schools/about-eco-schools/sustainable-development-goals-conversation/

Interest has already been received from 3 primary schools but we have room for one more!
