Our World to Save Exhibition

Friday December 4 to Monday December 7, The Steeple Church, Nethergate, Dundee, DD1 4DG

Last year, the One World Centre in Dundee launched a project called the Creative Community Programme.
Reaching out to community centres, schools and support groups, we built relationships with young people of all ages.
Working alongside an artist, the young people shared their unique backgrounds, identities, interests and passions, and created artworks that express how they truly feel about global issues of today, asking important questions about our future.

The resulting exhibition shows a range of artworks produced to raise awareness and encourage action to create a better world.

We cordially invite you to come to our exhibition opening night on Friday Dec 4 from 4 pm to 7 pm at The Steeple Church.
The exhibition will then be open on a drop-in basis from 12 noon to 5pm on Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

This exhibition is the result of a partnership between 10 different organisations and institutions, including the One World Centre, the Hot Chocolate Trust, Morgan Academy, St John's High School, St. Andrews Family Support Project, the WEB Project, Carolina House Trust, the Grey Lodge Settlement, the Boomerang Project and Our Community SPACE.

You will have the chance to meet some of over 80 young people involved in creating the exhibition, see the amazing artworks they produced such as paintings, sculptures, installations and short films and be inspired at the exhibition opening night.
